Pre-inspection with customer to identify and discuss problem areas
Vacuum areas to be cleaned
We apply a pre-conditioning solution to areas that we clean, this helps to loosen soil and other contaminants from the carpet fibers for easy extraction
Thorough fiber rinse to remove soil and cleaning solutions
Apply (additional fee) carpet stain and soil protector
Groom carpet with a special rake to set and lift the pile for quicker drying and to evenly spread carpet protector
Airmovers are available at no additional charge to reduce dry time - please advise us if this may be of interest to you
Final customer inspection and approval of work performed
Furniture Moving Restrictions:
We would like our visit to your home to be a pleasant and stress free experience
Customers are asked to remove breakables from tops of items being moved
Large hutches, china cabinets, aquariums, pianos, gun display cases, beds or book shelves will not be moved
No items will be moved containing electrical devices such as TV's, VCR's, computers, stereos, etc.
We reserve the right to refuse to move any item that, in our opinion, will cause damage or result in injury to our personnel
